No statistic changes the odds
In every draw all numbers are equally likely, whatever the statistics of this or any other site show. Over time a player gets back, on average, less than they pay; no system and no "method" changes that.
Set limits
Decide in advance how much money and time you will spend, and do not go beyond it. Do not chase losses, do not play with borrowed money or money you need for other things, and take breaks.
Signs to watch for
If you play more than you meant to, hide from those close to you how much you play, borrow to play, or feel anxious about it, it may be time to ask for help.

Operators also offer limits and self-exclusion in players' accounts.

Gambling is forbidden to anyone under 21.
