Visitors
You need no account to see results and statistics. The site uses no visitor analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking, and loads nothing from other servers.
Cookies
Only strictly necessary cookies are used: the language you chose, the protection of forms against forged submissions and, for members, the sign-in. Since the site cannot work without them they need no consent — which is why there is no cookie banner.
Logs
The server logs technical details of requests (time, page, outcome and, in warnings, the IP address) for security and to fix errors — to limit repeated sign-in attempts, for example. With the current settings ordinary entries are deleted automatically after one day, warnings and errors after 30.
Members
For members (by invitation only) the site keeps the e-mail address, the name given in the invitation, the language and what they save themselves, such as their tickets. The e-mail address is used only for sign-in codes and the site's own messages, sent through the e-mail provider Brevo.
The data is not sold or given to anyone else.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data; a member may ask for their account to be deleted. Write to us from the Contact page.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
